Still debating on if I should get mine done to try and fix up the remaining shift issues 1-2 and 3-4. I had flawless smooth shifts last night under part throttle from 1st all the way to 5th which reminded me what it was like stock, which I miss, but the built box isn't likely to feel stock again. Just clunky on some changes at some throttle levels. I think I read about getting the trans memory wiped by a ZF specialist through Ford, I think mine is stuck in bad habits from me driving it slipping for so long. Spoke to Simon and the friction material was completely gone on my clutch packs in some gears, metal on metal and thus the ZF was clamping farkin hard in order to make it hold.Re the cruise, I've been roped into driving my fiance to her friend's hen's night tonight, once she's awake I'll see what times I'm needed and try to fit the cruise around those! Might end up in my car anyway...Pretty sure I spotted Murdok in his back FG yesterday too, on Great Eastern Highway Bypass? Driver looked like him as I rolled past but didn't get another look. If you are interested in an arvo cruise (at this stage I'd say still around 2 or 3pm) post up your suburb, if we have a few people we'll organise the meet point and I'll quickly make a simple map.
