What's a good direct replacement pump? Rob didn't mention needing to upgrade it but if it's a decent price I'll chuck one in. Also, how big of a job is it on a ute?

Also djkice your plates only just clicked. Do you own the g6 always parked down the bottom on Frobisher?

Ute is a bit of a job which is why a surge etc up the front is an easy and higher flowing alternative. Rob will be able to provide good guidance and probably has his own preferences.

I did a write up a few years ago on how to fit an intank pump on a BA ute. The FG should be similar if you need to do it.

Bit of stuffing around but can be done without removing tray or pulling the tank out.

FORGOT TO MENTION:

Replacing the fuel filter to e85 compliant one is a must, the factory ones tend to block up very fast and can have devastating effects. ratter has even recommended changing them every few thousand km once first switching to e85, just in case as sh*t from tank can go straight into them.

Yes that's mine near Frobisher.

It was in PSC Vol 19 P1 ~ This one didn't make the cut, taken for fun by Jordan but my favourite !

I just saw in the 300kw thread a guy in Sydney had similar mods to above like I described bar also doing dump/cat. Car made 336rwkw on E85 and Ran a 11.2 @ 123mph
