He runs 21psi dropping ~17 iirc and he runs no surge and a VERY expensive engine. The later in tank swirls are a better design than the BA/BF so it can be less of an issue with just an intank Walbro. Personally I would just leave the intank and bolt on a Process West surge for piece of mind...but if you are tight on coin then a in-tank Walbro will suit most.
