discostig Manual mode ________________________ All day, erryday Donating Members 13,798 Member For: 17y Gender: Male Location: Probably above atmospheric pressure Posted 18/06/13 12:01 PM Share Posted 18/06/13 12:01 PM (edited) If going to E85 it's a very good idea to have all hoses and fittings triple checked for compatibility, refer to the recent KPM debacle with in tank anti surge pots splitting hoses that were supposed to be ethanol compatible.Also Simon grenaded an engine in one of his own cars a few years back when E85 was fairly new on the Ford scene, in line fuel filter swelled up and blocked from memory. Some external surge tanks have had lines perish running ethanol.I'd talk to XFT about it if I was going to run E85 and see what he says!
