I'm running stock crossover and never had that issue, clamps are crappy too. Tried to find new ones but the ones at bunnings and covs aren't thin enough. Ford genuine only covs suggested but I know they would be five bucks a pop. Is your joiner cracked?

But yeah p!ss the crossover off is the real fix...

Anyone had much dealings with nuford?

Car is there for warranty, and just wondering what to expect when I start asking questions about the repair work?

Getting the cylinder head, and oil pump replaced, but service desk suggested I can't get a report until after its all finalised. Won't do much good then if I find out after that the sump was full of fillings, and the pistons had contacted the valves, but the motor is all back together.

I was one and only dealing with nuford was when the used liquid nails (or something similar) and a bit of rag to re secure my mates BA GT handbrake cover.

If your car wasn't already there I would say runaway, but to late....

Plazmaman coolers have a good rep on the forums yeah, you only need to read a few of the "which cooler is best" or build threads to see what people think.

Not sure about turbo work as mine is stock, I'll let others chime in on that one.
