Seems to be a few people wanting runs in wet weather? Had a VE Calais last night with motorhound.com stickers giving it stick from the lights next to me near the domestic airport before turning at the BP. Sounded nice but hardly a good time to play! Also a Ford ute buzzing around me for a fair while on GEH Bypass/Roe at like 10:45 last night, and a G6ET following him close behind and almost mounting the island as we drove up the hill out of Midvale. Anyway...

Spotted this today, very nice

Pretty much!

I do recall one VE gunning it up the hill in the wet and he had massive traction, was very impressed. No way I could have put the power down but the turbo hit doesn't help I guess. A pro of linear power output.

Yeah for sure. Have read people with some of the 'higher' brand tyres saying they are as good in the wet as in dry which would be pretty special.

Walliston wreckers or gumtree.

Wallistons are a little pricey, but that's where I end up going if I can't find them on gumtree. They always have a few to choose from Mike :spoton:
