any one on here using achilles atr sports? if so what you think im in the market for some new tread an exploring my options.

ive got ku 31's atm an theyve been great bit noisy but that's expected.

also curious on the whole tyre rating thing I thought 93y was the minimum u could legaly have on a xr6t?

after a quick search I didnt find much helpful info

Number is load rating, letter is speed rating. BA/F falcons require a minimum of 93W from memory, which is in effect 650kg per corner & 270km/hr.

Of course Taleb are going to talk up their stock. They wont tell you they're noisey & slippery if they have large numbers in stock they are trying to move...

yea that's cool I was worried the minimum was 93y I looked up some reviews theyr rated alright im only running stock pwr so may aswell give em a run cant be as bad as the std dunlops and if they are to the track we go for some wednesday night fun lol

Achilles are louder than Kuhmo & offer less grip.

TOYO R1R if you're after a quiet & good gripping tyre for a decent price

KUMHO Dean, now Iam the spelling police.

I found the opposite kumho are louder than achilles, but the kumho grip alot better. Achilles are nice and cheap if you leave most of them on the road.

Iam talking about KU31 and ATR
