Crashed, just re-locate it to the boot. Makes life much easier if you need to replace battery, jump start, run stereo cables, run relays for big fuel system etc etc & is cheaper/neater when a decent battery box is used. Should get out of it for ~$150 with new cables made upto lendth by an auto sparky & a battery box from Superdump or the likes :spoton:

Was thinking about it, I already have an 8 gauge running to the boot for my amp. Would 8 gauge be alright or should I re run it with 4 gauge?

The reason I was steering away from boot relocation is because it's such a pain to pull up the trim to run the cables.

The cable runs under the car from the starter motor, its piece of piss.

Been a bit quiet in here lately. No posts since 4PM yesterday...

Seeing as though the Sept cruise has passed, I say we start an October cruise thread. I would love to see an over-nighter cruise down south.

Maybe Pemberton, leave on early Saturday morning, stay Sat night and come back Sun arvo. Plenty to do and see down there.

3 hour drive with a 30-40 minute break in the middle.

Two options for that one really:

Single day trip

- Leave Perth 8AM

- Arrive 11AM

- Run a muck through town for 5 hours

- Stay away from Alcohol

- Leave Brookton 4PM

- Get home at around 7-7.30

Weekend trip

- Leave Perth 9AM

- Arrive 12PM

- Pub feed for lunch

- Go do tourist things

- Hit up the town Saturday night

- Few more tourist things on Sunday morning

- Leave Sunday arvo sometime

How about we make it 5/6th November and have another small get together in October. Maybe have a barbeque down the beach and play a bit of footy or cricket now that it's starting to warm up again, sometimes....
