Doesn't spend a cent, refuses to buy a car and shares s house with 4 people to keep costs down. *beep* has 480k in actual savings..haha 480k cash would be nice!!!! my window tinter tightass mate saves all his cashies and launders it through the old boys super fund etc.. paid cash for a dunsborough block and then sold it 3 years later and actually lost $4k hahaha dunno how the fark he managed that!!my $110 a week super tightass mate was seriously such a tightass, when his GF(who was f*cking ultra smoking hot AND the nicest chick on the planet) quit her job he wouldnt help her out with cash at all.. he was training to be a water rat and would buy himself steaks, pasta, fish etc cause he reckons he needed his strength for training but would only buy her a loaf of bread and jar of vegemite once or twice a week so that is all she could eat!!! her own fault for being so weak and putting up with it but FFS he's a tosser.. at least share ya steak with her haha.. Lives with parents, saves bulk coin. We used to share a rental but even then he only had food/bill costs, never went anywhere and saved heaps of cash, enough to get him into a new car with tiny repayments. Hardly drives it much though.I'm on low low low rent now house sitting but still can't save jack it seems, always some big bill around the corner, usually car related like rego, insurance, accident I thought was going to be worth paying cash for (WRONG), maintenance of the turbo...but some plane tickets and furniture expenses as well. Fuel is a killer each week though, even at 11.x L/100 I run 60L a good week, 90L a week if there's a cruise on or a long drive on the weekend. Good thing it's a fun car to drive or I'd be pissed No mortgage, NO KIDS and only one car. I can only dream of a time when I was free like you you are. You reckon a car is expensive wait till you have kids.

Sounds good.I'd be having Simon at least give it the once over if they are going to be chucking a recon motor in it. You want to be sure that it will be able to handle some mods if your going down that path again. Had you changed the position of the air filter on your car? Grug Member 1,318 Member For: 16y 3m 18d Posted 01/07/11 09:25 AM Share Posted 01/07/11 09:25 AM (edited) Insurance company still hasn't decided yet, but it will be Simon doing the work, no one else. I'm pushing for a new motor. Will change to 4 inch air box with battery relocation at same time as getting motor in. Then take it to Simon and get him to rebuild your engine with forged pistons and rods ETC.
