I think Ford AU should just give up if the cannot get their sh!t together and improve on build quality and start offering some of the technology on other global Ford products. I also wonder if I would have seen the fractured harmonic balancer as it parted and punched a hole in the bonnet. If it's in all cylinders I'd think it's definitely done a full revolution and tried to squish the water in a couple of closed up cylinders...water not being very compressible at all (unlike air) means something has to give, most likely the rods pushing the piston up = bent rods? Dunno how valves would like it either but if they are closed maybe they'd survive?Still, built engine time hahaha. That engine has been trouble amiright.
