HTC all the way. Don't like the custom Samsung interface and iphone is over simplified.

Can you get your hands on some samples to play with? About 2mins with each one and you'll work out which one you like. Just try performing your most common tasks on them :)

ok geeks, I know the room is full of em, so whats your opinion between the

- HTC Incredible S

- Samsung Galaxy S II

- and of course the iphoon 4.

I have a feeling I know your answer already, but thought id ask

The Incredible S' hardware is way below par. Will be outdated very soon even though the phone is still new.

With dual core technology coming out (like in the Galaxy S II), the HTC single core will die off quickly.

You'd be better off getting the SGS2. And when Darky's ROM comes out for the GS2, put that on there.

Slash, he was the only bloke who was helpful when I did the ring around earlier. Waiting to hear back with a price.

:spoton:

Does top notch work too!

Has done numerous kitchen & bathroom installs for myself and family members.

Is that the crankshaft pulley Arron? That really sucks man, I can't believe so much stuff is going wrong with this car

Sitting in a warehouse for 2 or 3 years probably didn't do it much good, but this supposed 'Showcase' vehicle for Nizpro is really showing their quality of workmanship! DO NOT WANT!!!

Kyle - it's the car in this video I believe?

Yep, the exact car. Missing the badges on the bottom of rear doors as is Arron's & also build number is a match :spoton:

Hey that sits nicely, what suspension upgeades are involved?

TEIN Coilovers front & rear. I'm sure Arron will sell them to you at this point... $60k & you get a free built F6 with it :roflmbo:

If you want something that will just works out of the box and gives you zero ability to be creative and tinker around with than get the iPhone.

If you like to mess around, under the hood so to speak, get an Android phone. The Galaxy S2 is one of the best you can get atm in terms or hardware. There are many custom roms for Android phones but I guess this is not everyones cup of tea.

You ALWAYS need to be a super nerd these days, technology has bent the entire world over it's knee and will forever spank you a shiny shade of red! Muahahahaaaaa

If you want custom ROMs for phone for whatever reason you are usually pretty geeked up already :)

I agree to test the phones side by side in stock format and see. Mine's hacked but I still have the normal samsung OS running. Mike's is 100% stock I think. Not sure if Tom's rooted his yet?

Mine has the best wallpaper though, despite what the random who commented on youtube thinks, haha.

I'd choose the HTC if you don't want to load a custom ROM on. Otherwise just get whichever android phone has the best hardware. Then you candownload whatever ROM (software) that looks the best to you off the internet. If you want help with this, come back on here and we can point you in the right direction.

That's the beauty of Android phones. There's hundreds of people releasing ROMs, each slightly different with their own pros and cons. I've lost count of how many times I've upgraded the software on my phone as I keep getting newer and better features without having to pay for it. And yes it's all perfectly legal before anyone has a whinge.

For the supernerds, HTC has announced that they will provide access to the boot rom so that it's easy to root their phones. I'm guessing it's their way of making up for the lack of RAM in their devices :P

yeah, ive looked into all about all of them.

HTC Sensation vs iPhone 4 vs Samsung Galaxy S II:Which is best?

We don't know the price of the HTC Sensation yet - we're assuming it'll be close to the HTC Desire's - so we're missing a key bit of information here: if there's a significant price difference between it and the Samsung Galaxy S II it could seriously skew the results.

For the sake of argument, though, let's assume that the two Android handsets will match one another pound for pound. On that basis, the Samsung has the edge: it's lighter, brighter, lasts longer, has more RAM and has more internal storage.

The only area where we think it falls down is in the looks department: it's a bit blocky next to the sleeker Sensation, and to our eyes TouchWiz is a bit chunkier than HTC Sense 3.0.

And the iPhone? A straight comparison doesn't really work, because there's a different operating system, a different ecosystem and a different philosophy here. In purely hardware terms the HTC and Samsung devices are better phones, but the iPhone's edge has always been about the software, not the hardware. For many Apple fans, that means the iPhone will still be the winner here.

which, in short is absolutly usless info. ive got my iphone 3Gs now, which is great cos it connects to my car, and possiably in the future with the help of ASL products it would be easy to connect it to show up on mt TFT car screen. and all the stuff ive bought off itunes.... yes, ive actually paid for all my music since march '10 (when I gave into the iphone)... its just easy to sinc everything, since I use it as an ipod on a daily basis, esp since im on a plane 60 times a year.

but I like the idea of being different and I still have a personal vendeta against apple for their monopoly. what system do ppl use for sync'ing their stuff to androids? are they good?
