If u have a blockage or partial blockage of the turbo oil line either at the filter or in the line, the bearing will die pretty quick. DONT DRIVE it until you have it looked at or look at it yourself. The pipes are easy to take off. Take the top cold pipe off first then the black pipe and feel the blades. Look in with a torch and see if its touching. The whirring sound you hear is likely a bend a worn blade. If you really need a hand I finish at 2 tomorrow and can come over and take a look. Look at the oil pipe that feeds the turbo. Is it black near the inlet.

Spewin Grug... Mine was a tiny bit grindy and I still ran it at the plex to get my 13.59, but I knew another one was coming under warranty :) Plus I was stock at the time.

I really have no mechanical abilities at all, lmao. It's my daily driver so I will need to use it to get to work tomorrow (bout 6:30pm).

Hey Mike have you finished the rocker cover garnish yet?

Unfortunately still trying to source someone here in Perth who can make plastic moulds for me. Works been too flat out to chase it up still :(

Once I find someone, I'm definitely getting you a sample piece like you mentioned to me last time we spoke.
