that does sound a lot louder than mine normally sounds. take off the pipe on the front of the turbo housing, and look for signs of the blades touching the housing, or excessive play in the shaft. Could be your bearings on the way out

hehe yeah I understand. that pipe though is probably one of the easiest things you can remove/install on the car.

just loosen the hose clamp on the front of the turbo (the one closest to the housing), and loosen the other clamp at the other end of the long black tube (where it connects to the crossover on top of the motor). then just wiggle it and the whole pipe pulls forward and out.

spin the turbo by hand and see if it sounds scratchy or catches instead of rolling nicely (with the car turned off obviously).

yeah you have an aftermarket cold side pipe by the looks of the video which is fairly close to that other pipe

even if you remove it enough to spin it away from the mouth of the turbo, just to spin the blade by hand and see how it feels.
