I asked pointedly if I still have comprehensive insurance and she said yes, just that they wont replace the special parts. They suggested Just Cars of course seeing as they are sister companies. She suggested instead upping the value of the car so I said go ahead ($3 more which they waived). Getting them to send a letter confirming the details.Not bad all in all.
