Im pretty sure the Defi's are also a 60mm gauge and would not fit in a tripod...

I could be wrong though. I was lookin at them a while back and I think that was the reason that it never went further.

Keith, I have the Audiocontrol lc6i aswell.

Adrian - still sellin up?

scotty, the defi's hiddious has posted are "blue racers" they are 52mm and dont require a link module.

the black face (BF) series defi's I have is 60mm and I just stuck it to me dashboard, these require the control module, you can set warning lights to what ever you want and can record the gauges movement for a minute and replay if you ever need to. I picked up a set of 5 for 1000.

RAC calls for speeding fines to be doubled | Perth Now

Typical. When the facts that everything the government is doing with regards to road safety is wrong, just double the fine for more revenue instead of focusing on the real issues, which are driver training, condition of the roads and the cars driving on them.

I especially like the 1-9 over bracket which only costs money and not points. Even though they are running that ad with the 2 AU's stacking it into the truck (5 over is deadly!)...no points mean you keep your license, can drive, aaaaand get to pay more fines! Good stuff. :turboboink:

Hey guys, with regard to sound system upgrade... I have step by step instructions to install RCA plugs. Soldered onto the board of ICC PRE-AMP. Handy for someone with a little skill

Or the easiest way now days is to get an amplifier with high level input.Plug your speaker wire straight in. Also That way the amps normally switch on without the key also (I never could find the signal wire to turn amps on without the key). But it all depends on how good you want your sound

Yeh it was, nearly missed the turn off from the freeway, mate was reading the map from the cruise we had to the pub and then was like, oh sh*t wrong map, so had to make a quick right hand maneuver. I did the second leg and there was about 10 cars or so, when we finally got to the meetpoint after like an hour and a half of driving, there was 5 of us. So yeh, cruised failed hard, was way too long for my liking.

Is there actually any truth to that advert? Seems like grade A bs to me.

I bought an MTX monoblock amp which had the high level input and input sensing switch, the high level input works great however the input sensing switch feature would not work!

So I ended up having to use the accessories signal from behind the dash to turn on the amp, was a pain in the ass!

Wiping off 50% of speed in the last whatever meters only holds true for that particular example of 5 over...then they play it up with the worst possible spot to hit (corner of the truck at head height. If the speeder had hit at the wheel of the truck or a low part it woulda been much different. Still though the stopping distance is the point they're making and that surely IS true (again, at that speed example).
