I read somewhere is accellerates 0-62mph(just over 100kph) in 2.5secs! that's the same speed as Valentino Rossi's MotoGP bike!!! It gets to 200kph quicker than most other cars get to 100!!! And is still capable of 400kph!!!! Now all I need is to win lotto!!!Chris Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/21690-ford-650/page/2/#findComment-322228 Share on other sites

They started by fitting smaller door mirrors, which upped the top speed a bit but at too high a price. It turned out that the bigger ones had been keeping the nose of the car on the ground. Without them the stability was gone.I hate it when that happens. Goobz Member 746 Member For: 20y 8m 16d Location: Sutherland Shire, Sydney Posted 06/12/05 08:41 AM Share Posted 06/12/05 08:41 AM Also the article said the engine actually produces 3000hp! 1000hp is lost to the engine accessories(valvetrain, turbo's, alternator A/C etc.), and 1000hp is used JUST TO RUN THE COOLING SYSTEM!!!!! This thing has 10 radiators just to try and cool the bas*ard down!!!Chris Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/21690-ford-650/page/2/#findComment-322405 Share on other sites
