THe bali nine should all be hung aswell.... but somehow ppl take a different view on that which just shows the level of hypocricy around. He should have got life, not the death penalty.Bali nine..... plenty of rope left on the coil if they are found guilty

Posted 02/12/05 01:49 AM Share Posted 02/12/05 01:49 AM The thing that is annoying me are some of the suggestions for "retaliation" that have been suggested, from people who will never go there against through to Australia imposing trade sanctions again Singapore... Are we really ready to shot ourselves in the foot over the death of one d*ckhead???

On one hand, he knew what he was doing and we must pay for our actions in this world, and to think of the pain/hurt he could've caused so many......On the other hand, locking him up forever would've achieved the same result IMO. Would the execution really act as a deterant to others?Or would it be forgotten about in 2 weeks time by the next idiot who tries move some drugs? I guarantee the Mother of the executed bas*ard won't have forgotten about it by then.....

There is a chance you will win, there are odds you will loose. In these ppl's world, they are gambling with life. IF they accept the bet, the acceprt the losses that come with it.Why do you think the big boys get monkeys to run the drugs?? They aint so atupid!! There will always be drugs, petrol metho whatever you cannot force ppl to take drugs, they choose to.So their gov/legal system chose to murder someone. Call it law, call it war, its murder and the only person hurt was his family and freinds.
