I was at a BBQ on Saturday and there were a few Cops there.

We got talking about the death penalty and the Van dude and the cops said that we only hear the "sob" story from the Press.

Apparently van druggie AND his brother were both members of the 5T gang and both have served time in Vic and NSW prisions. The money his brother owed was for drugs and not gambling and they were well known to police.

So it looks like the scum got what he deserved.....pity his brother was not with him.

Justice = 1

Scum = 0

IMHO, Murders, Rapists, Paedophiles only after proven inexcusably guilty, would all suitable candidates.

Regards,

Darren.

Darren, you miss the point mate, to State sanction murder these people you are putting the State (the one you voted for) at the same level as those you abhore.

I agree totally your point about capital punishment as a deterrent, take Singapore as a prime case, to date it has had the highest number of State sanctioned murders (per head of population) than any other country in the world........a real deterrent huh?

And God forbid the day the Australian Govenment even suggests a debate on the reintroduction of the Death Penalty in any form. :laughing:

If you do not want the government to kill people, the I say bring on JUDGE DRED

He can hear your crimes and defence and then execute you on the spot. :spoton:

that's what the world needs, unbiased judgment based on truth and fact, with no imput of sympathy or debate. :laughing:

I bet you would see the crime rate plummet if they know Judge Dred would be the judge. :k24t:

[rant]

(not talking specifically about Van Nguyen) far to much time is given to the poor criminal at the centre, the victim is almost an after thought... People keep thinking about the human rights of the crim, what about the human rights of the victim... I believe as a crim human rights should no longer exist (In some extreem cases the right to continue breathing)...

Call me harsh but I'm sick and tired of the people who make excusses for crims such as "they had a troubled childhood", or "they haven't been themselves of late" or my absolute favorite is "they are not in the right frame of mind to stand trial", wouldn't the last one be the best reason to lock them up and throw away the key???

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Well yeah...sorta.

I agree, well, with criminals using mental illness or pleading insanity as a result of socioeconomic complications.

If that's the case, let them stand trial in a courtroom where the judge and jury are insane also!!! :laughing:

Regards

Darren

Officially sanctioned murder. Reading this.....no I will say nothing.

Kinda like what our government has sanctioned in Iraq.

Whats the civilian count now about 30000 innocents I believe....

Not all painless executions either, babies taking weeks to die after cluster bomb attcks etc.....

No I better not go on about what is Officially Sanctioned Government Murder either....

The downfall of this country will be caused by the imagration policy we have at the moment.. We are letting in problem people that no other country wants, ..Its about time all the do gooders just shut there mouths ..No will listen to them when we are taken over by the imports, the do ggoers will be in the same sinking boat we all will be in.. The van wa*ker dude and family are imports and the whole lot of the are crooked,, if you look at the most of the Australians (and I use that term loosely) on death row in the world and most of them are imports, up untill the bali 9 there were all imports, what does that tell people.. sh*t does not just happen ,assholes cause it.Its the imagration policy and that stupid fat b**ch that is running it , oh and all those wa*ker do gooders, we might as well add in the bloody greenies as well .. 20 to 50 years is all I give it utill we are over run and then we will in major trouble. :spoton::laughing:
