most definatly not the t5!!

I'd say that with soem sticky tyres the there would be a few manual xr6t/phoons in the 11's. Xtreme f6 for one. I think the oem t56 would be up to the job, with new clutch I'd say..

Others will be able to help more

As far as I am aware - there are no 11sec manual T's All of the T's that have run in the 11's or faster have been auto's...

As for gearbox - definitely a T56.

By rights - a good driver with high 300's or 400kw and very sticky tyres should be able to acheive an 11...

I disagree I don`t think you will need 400rwklw to get into the 11`s

I think your suspension setup and tyres and driveline will have alot more then an extra 40klws. don`t get me wrong the extra power helps!!

but if ppl are now getting high 13`s with stock power and just a few drapstrip style mods I think we will be seeing manual t`s with around 350rwklws hitting high 11`s!!

and we need the right driver behind the wheel!!!

When you work it out let everybody know cause no one has done it yet problem is the xr6 turbo loses to much boost and power between gear changes due to the computer nothing like a vl turbo

Why is the T different to a VL turbo???? please explain. This can't be mechanical so must be brain orientated. Air flow meter vs manifold absolute pressure sensor?? Some people can change a t56 so quickly there couldnt be too much boost lost surely. Autos are just easier to launch than a manual and quicker between changes.

Because you can't flat change a manual XR6T.

It is ECU orientated.

Street Tuna has already proven this, in his old XR6T ute.

The XR6T dont run a Air flow meter either.

If you put some antilag function on like the RDP ecu can do, it should remove the drop in boost issue.

I also seem to remember there being a mention of the Edit doing antilag and launch control...has anyone got this ?
