My mate has 2 computers for his maloo, one with the retune and one with the factory tune...

Just puts the stocker back in for any warranty work...

Wouldn't it be easier to have 1 computer and a flash box with 3 tunes + the factory calibration?

A lot less hassle for most people I think.

A new flash tuner with LCD? Nice.

What I'd like, is for any new revision of the tuner to be able to download the stock program at any time, not just upon first upload of Edit.

That way, if Ford did a flash "update" during service for example (or even if they didn't), I could download that program into the flash unit after the service, knowing it's the latest version.

Better than trying to keep track of Ford flashing vs what's stored in the box.

meh

I never said it was easier. I was just making a statement.

Unfortunately as far as I know they don't have the flash boxes for maloo's. Hence the reason he has 2 computers(and the fact he can afford to!)

I would much prefer to have my flash tuner...

Live tuning ,

same stuf as what an edit can do

BUT you don't get a box so you only have the one tune.

Rob

If it's Live tuning, they will probably get the tune RIGHT FIRST TIME instead of this having to go back to tuner cause it's pinging sh*t.
