Blower In Ebay

Alright guys, how hard could it be to fit this to a BA given that its been made for a EF or AU 4L.

Please help as I don't have much time to make a move on it.

So what do you recon guys, is it a go?

You might be able to find out on the Capa site, see if the AU/BA kits are the same part number. Just a thought.

theres mounting brackets listed on CAPAs site,

theres a bracket listed for the XR8 EA to BA for $690

theres also a bracket listed for XR6 EA to AU (not a BA 6 bracket, wonder why, hope they just over looked it) also $690

Could be the same bracket for AU and BA but I don't know, anyone know how close the AU block is to the BA?

For you track and drift animals I saw theres replacement sway bars listed there 27mm and heavy dute 30mm, anyone gone that way yet?

Heavy dute 22mm for the rear as well.

help guys theres only about 24hrs on ebay to go on this item.

need to know is AU block is same as BA?

Would the bracket fit my BA when it fits EB to AU, would just ask CAPA Monday but the kit wil be sold by then.........help.

Thanks for all your F'N help guys, 40min to go on ebay and I can't tell if this blower kits a go for the BA or not.

You'd think one of you BA'stards would have a clue or even give a f*ck enough to post a reply (excluding Steve, thanks mate)

Fine if you don't know but its you guys who do know a thing or two about blower kits and the 4L that havent posted any help that are now to blame for keeping my car a N/A.

After waiting for 2 F'N years for a blower kit at the right price, I come across one and hardly anyone can help me with my question will it fit?.

F'N thanks a F'N lot, some F'N site this has turned out to be Nizpro, APS, Ford Forums here I come.

I have no idea about the difference between the 4l blocks, but I am sure yuo could make it fit.

If you get it for the right price I say go 4 it.

At this point my wife, if it don't work, I may as well cut my ball off cos they'll never be used again. Its that bad round here right now the wifes taken the sh*ts big time.

Finally got a reply from the guy selling the kit,

I'd need a new bracket = $690 from CAPA.

Anyway the kit went for just over 2K, cheapest Ive ever seen, poor bas*ard selling it should be crying.

Don't think I would have needed the injectors in the kit too, the ones Im running now are doing just fine but that's NOS not Compressed air.

Told the guy to split the kit up and sell me the blower and belts and pullies, Id just pick up a second hand T cooler and be set, don't think he liked the idea.

Sad to see it go and not have a go a buying it..........the love that got away
