I have one like the last pic - made by a guy here in NZ, and it certainly hasnt affected cooling.

You are more likely to get a stone through the inercooler or radiator without a grille - that would affect cooling somewhat!

Yeah I found it a bit hard to belive it would cut cooling down by 30%, but that's what ford are saying.

I have the meshman grill and no probs with heat, it also stoped a bird from going through to the intercooler

Herrod do a version with "HERRODS" laser cut into the grille or blank for about $150.

I have a similar one but with "XR6" logo laser cut into it, bought it on eBay from a Melbourne Ford dealer (can't remember name :hiwelcome: ). Cost was about $130.

I'm pretty sure that silver one is FAT 006's or something..

I found a place where I can get something very similar to the silver one its made in stainless steel and comes with a separate piece cut to go begind the XR cut out.. I got it from Carpenter Ford in Gatton Qld... Their number is (07) 54623266 the cost was $150
