ugy Donating Members 199 Member For: 19y 6m 18d Location: Auckland Posted 15/11/05 08:17 PM Share Posted 15/11/05 08:17 PM (edited) Got my second tune done today on my Turbo.My first was a K&N, Capa flasher and custom tune = 217.7rw.Since then I have had a second CAI,centre muffler removed,Hyperflow intercoolerand injectors done = 285.1rw.Total cost : NZ $5000K&N $130Capa Flasher & custom tune $2000Intercooler (I fitted myself) $1500Centre muffler removed $100Injectors & tune $1300I done the second CIA myself by cutting a 100mm hole in the front ofthe box and inserting a flexi pipe which seems to do the trick.Bang for buck speaks for its self.Any suggestions for another 15rw would be gratefully accepted Needless to say I am as happy as a pig in s..t Bill. Maybe fiting the bigger cooler actually made the car go backwards, I know a standard xr6 turbo cooler is good for a 11.5 1/4.Umm I would of suggested,Phoon caiEditValve springsInjectors, Full exhaust and then u would see a 11.5 in a Auto with the standard cooler.Rememebr also the stand xr6 turbo exhaust is good for 330 rwkw if I am correct.
