Can anyone help me with some more power options, besides the centrifigal supercharger as I've heard a few negative things about them.I was thinking of removing the centre muffler to increase flow. Am I crazy to do this to a Herrod system? Thanks <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Couple of things. Have you considered adding the Herrod headers to your cat's back system? I have the full Herrod S/S system with quads and it works a treat. The cats back system alone only adds a few kW's but the full system with headers gives you around 20-25 rwkw's. I don't know much about the EXEDE piggy back, but the flash tuner edit in the hands of an good tuner is a fantastic, giving much better low down grunt and a higher rev limit. Average gains are around the 30 to 50 rwkws. Edited 11/11/05 10:11 AM by CDAA

I know that simons (Xtreme F6) old GTP pulled somthing like 299.8 rwkw with just bolt ons.. no supercharger etc..

Maybe hang off to see if someone makes a single or twin turbo setup as I think APS has given up?Brett

As for the headers, got any idea how much they are? might just hold out and slap the charger on it. See what happens.

I had the car on the hoist the other day and have no idea how APS could fit the turbo's under there. It is very tight and I'm guessing you would have clearance issues if your car was lowered.Perfomance ford mag had a black XR8 ute that had a single turbo put in but apperently it was a bit tight getting the pipework back up to the intercooler. If someone could make an exhaust manifold to sit the turbo's in place of the airbox and battery it would probably work. Oh well guess I'll just keep an eye out for developments. Especially considering the BPT option is a rock solid performer, and... exists.Twin turbo would be developed for bragging rights at best for the Boss. My 2 cents anyway.Supercharged Boss!
