I've recently purchased a 03 GT with SS CAI, CAT back Herrod system and an EXEDE pyggyback.

Can anyone help me with some more power options, besides the centrifigal supercharger as I've heard a few negative things about them.

I was thinking of removing the centre muffler to increase flow. Am I crazy to do this to a Herrod system?

Thanks

Why would you even think of fitting a Supercharger in place of your turbo?

Injectors and a fuel pump would be a start

I have similar mods SS CAI tuffys cat back and edit with 268 rwklw next step was going to be underdrives but there are oil pump issues with these,so next will be power snokel some intune extractors and cats should see around 280 rwklw then once the funds allow off to BPT for a twin screw supercharger

Yeah, just had a look at the BPT website, looks awesome, the video of him going through the gears is great. I think the cost without an intercooler is about $9000. Is this what you have heard?

As for underdrives. how much are they and what issues do they have with the oil pump?

What do you think about removing the centre muffler on the Herrod system?

Isn't someone here developing a supercharger for the Boss motor ..thought I saw a pricetag around 4k :spoton:

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

The Vortech is about that money. But a whipple, Kenne Bell or an Eaton, twin screw charger, which is what BPT offer, would be 4K for the charger alone.

BTW, I've heard the whipple is the better of the 3.

What about the Twin-Turbo setup APS is currently developing? Not sure about how many clams for it? Then once the snails are in, get the edit as well... maybe this sound ridiculous???
