Easy to make the car look that good though when you're starting off with such a great colour!! Time is getting more and more scarce for me these days and I certainly don't have time to clay a car, let alone apply 3 coats of sealant to it!! Nah, I use Meguiar's NXT polish - quick and easy to apply and remove, and gives pretty damn good results for the effort. The shine you have is definitely better, I admit, but your time input is also a lot more.

Everyone pretty much says that dealer paint protection is a rip-off, but I want to do something. Will this Zaino stuff do the job? I know next to -all about it.<{POST_SNAPBACK}>I had paint protection thrown in by the dealer(yeah I know its sh*t)and have never polished it(nearly 3 years old)...misses just gives it a wash and it comes up brand new every time

Zaino is always the way I reckon !!! glad theres another convert here too heheWhat Zaino products do you guys use? I found the website, and discovered the numerous bottles they have on offer. Saw some sort of 'all-in-one' pack for like $150, but thought I might not need everything in it.Basically, I want to protect my paint as much as I can when I get the new car (and keep it looking schmick! ). Is there anything as long-lasting at this so-called paint protection offered by the dealer? I don't even know what that is Polymetric something or other.Should I just do multiple applications of a good polish?

Regular applications of a decent quality polish is the best way if you're wanting long term protection IMHO. You might find this site of interest...
