Both outputs (shift beep and light is one output, the aux is the 2nd) can be triggered at user definable RPM - the unit can be programmed by laptop. I have an Xede, which when plugged into laptop, it will display rpm. Reckon I could get the rpm signal from there? See, Xede's are useful afterall. The minimum install is 3 wires, one to the ecu and two to the fuse compartment. Complete instructions are supplied as well as more detailed instructions online.
