Around 18.5l/100km.........sometimes worse. Depends on how many joyrides I give.

I think this is acceptable given the amount of power the thing has. I average around 350kms out of a tank and still smile everytime I sink the boot in! :tease:

If I am a good boy, average around 16-19 ltrs around town. If I turn to the left shoulder and see the devil, average is around 33-36 ltrs around town! Jeez that devil is naughty!

My current average over the last week is 33.4 ltrs/100ks, but I have had the edit for a short time, so I am having fun! All run on ultimate.

I have a MKII 6 speed that has averaged 12.4L/100 for the last 25000km. I used to have an LS1 6 speed that averaged 11.8L/100 for 115000km under similar conditions. Based on this experience I would say that the XR6t and LS1 are very similar in terms of fuel consumption

ummmmm

on the local circuit..

averaging between 24. L to 33. L ..

so about 300 to 350l per tank

on the HWY .. with cruise control ...

about 9.8 to 10.4L = 600+ per tank

FANG + FUEL = FUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN

SHAZZY

:gooff:

Usually around the 14.5l/100km mark for me on 98 RON and I give it the boot at least 5 times a day every day for good measure.

What's got me stuffed though, is that on long highway trips, the trip computer can never get down below 10.2l/100km, even though I'm pretty certain it should be below 10....so much for fine tuned machines....

thought the handbook says 68..

I've never managed to get more than 60 litres in the tank even when it was dry as a dead dingo's donger....

me either, but I thought the trip computer might be uber conservative.

I got 60.something litres in it once when the trip computer said 4k's to empty!!
