Has anyone tried the new Park Ford in East Vic Park? I understand that it is part of the Perth Auto Alliance but would be interested to see if they are of value as they are the most convenient location for servicing.

actually one of my past customers now works there, Gorge is his name, and ive tuned a couple of cars for them, Joe in sales new GT, I did that one, they seemed quite good.

Just had a fantastic experience at Centre Ford. 60000km service with a loan car for under $200 and they addressed every item on my list of concerns under warranty. No "that's normal" or "they do that" or "we couldn't find anything"

1. Drivetrain vibration, clunk and noise - New Gearbox ordered (!).

2. Brake shudder (still on original pads) - Discs skimmed

3. Gear shifter knob spinning on its axis - New gearstick

4. LF Electric window slower than other - lubed and fixed

5. Without my prompting, they found a tiny leak in my radiator and replaced it plus new coolant!

Probably the best dealer servicing experience I've had. Centre Ford have restored my faith in Ford New Car Warranties and I can't recommend them highly enough! :stirthepot::laughing:

How strange, I've had the opposite experience on customer service from Centre Ford to MarkXR6T.

Called up salesman I used to buy the phoon, and asked for a 15k service in two weeks time as 15k was approaching, and the loan of a Turbo Territory as I wanted to buy one.

No call back for a week, so chased, and told that service not arranged, and TT would be registered next week. Called a week later, TT not registered, no service with courtesy car available for over two weeks!

Explained car now at 15k, and not happy to wait this long given kms being clocked, was promised call back - never received.

Have read all threads here, and McInerney has the best Perth reputation for after sales service, so off to them on Tuesday (service with courtesy car available within 5 days of call).

Realise this isn't Centre Fords service dept fault, but I was told I should deal with the sales rep for anything I needed..

So huge thumbs down the Centre Ford, and fingers crossed for McInerney, who get to service the Phoon, and maybe flog me a TT.

I bought my car with mods and was told it would all be covered by warranty.

I also have had excellent experience at Centre Ford. I'm going in for 75k service soon and I was quoted 145 if I supply oil and filter. They provide good service every time I have been there, and they dont bullsh!t.

Seaview Ford (clarkson) servicing staff, Stuart and Carl are very helpful with my waranty work and competative pricings. I even got my 2.5l TT soarer repaired with them.

Muzza

things must have changed somewhat since 2005. I just had a 30k service there....... wait for it...... $730

standard service plus coolant flush, brake fluid flush and handbrake adjustment ($85)

not happy with their general attitude either. Might give ultratune in Joondalup a try next time.

Lane Ford (Mandurah) lost my business when they made me wait around for nearly 45mins waiting for my test drive that I had booked earlier that week. Was probably due to the fact that I didn't walk in with an Armani suit on like all their other customers & I'm too young to drive a F6 in their eyes :loser:

Titan's in Melville FTMFW though
