Well done - looks great - did you take some trim off around the shifter?

Looks like it is missing something?

Edit: LOL - don't worry - I see tools on driver's floor - looks like something was being installed.

Looks like he was getting a carkit installed.

It looks like Evil is the first to get a BF on the forum. Well done it looks great.

The 6speed auto in the T is a AWSOME combination.

Thanks ZapXR6T. I reeeaaally love it - it's my dream car.

Yep Rik_Biel, I forgot to add under the options list above:

- BlueAnt Talkpad carkit.

Some other feedback I've noticed is that the electric window buttons are lighter to control. I'd used to have to press really hard on my BA XR6 to get the windows to rollup and down. It's really a light touch now... Much appreciated Ford :gooff: (says with musclely thumbs from BA...)

Congratulations you lucky bas*ard!

Not sure about all of the fiddly bits on the front bumper though - would hate to cleaning the sucker after a night out amongst the bugs.

One thing I like about the BF was they illuminated the window switches.

I did not notice any difference in the BF window switch with my BA except it is illuminated

On the first day as I was driving my new BF XR6T it had 29km on the ODO and there was a lot of white smoke coming out of the exhaust. It stopped doing it the next day, but it worried me for awhile - thought the oil gauge was playing up and not showing that there was no oil in the car... But Ford said it was normal alleging it was just wax from the chome pipes burning off or a plastic back that might have got stuck under the car...

Having driven the BF XR6T now for 4 days, I've noticed that the suspension is much firmer than my previous BA XR6. I don't know if the T suspension is setup slightly different from the n/a or it's because my BA was getting a bit old in the tooth but I find that I can go over speed humps faster than I used without the "clonk" as the front end crashes on the descent over the speed hump...

Also, I have a tendency to drive with my left hand resting on the transmission shifter in automatic Performance mode and when I stop I sometimes accidently push the shifter forward due to momentum of my hand which of course puts it into Manual mode and end up seeing a 2 appear on the dash instead of D. I'll probably get used to not putting it into Manual mode by consciously lifting my hand away from the shifter as I stop, but it just shows how feather light the Sequential Sports Shift is...

I just noticed that a set of air vents are missing on my BF XR6T compared to my BA XR6. On the BA XR6, I had a 2 air vents closest to the windows on the driver side and the front passenger side. But I just noticed that I only have 1 air vent on the driver side and passenger side closest to the windows. Not a big lose, because my other half was always turning the lower ones off anyway. But it's funny that Ford decided that one would suffice.
