my gearbox did actually run it self it after 1000k's 

its not totaly silent but close enough for me.

still has a slight noise when in 3rd and pulling away from 1000rpm to 1500rpm.

give it time, your box will be fine 

I have 720KM now still doing it!! will see the next 500KM

did u change the gear box oil ShockF6???

after reading your post, the only thing I have done diferent to you is the way the cars have been run in. I took off from the dealer with both wheels spinning for around 20m and have driven it hard for the first 1000k's (only thing I dont do is over rev, 5000 max but it gets to 4500 on most gear changes under 3/4 throttle)

Its taken 3 FULL tanks of fuel to do the first 1000 k's

P.S. I havent changed the oil

MMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmm May be I should be drving it harder!!

I have been taking it 4000RPM about half throttle! but most of the times I am gentle with it!!!

the thing has a warranty dosen't it? 4000 rpm? wtf. At 23k's my ute had hit the limiter in 1st and 2nd. Do as the sticker say's Drive it like you stole it. I've had a lot of warmed cars and been racing bikes all my life and the best, most reliable ones are the ones I abuse from word go. Go for it have some fun.

yes 5 yers warranty! I will be drving it harder!! after 1500KM now I am giving it here and there!! getting use to it!!.
