There's a 3000 optional DVD system you can get - mounts in the roof but I have a feeling that it's not available if you option the sunroof.

I'm going to get the premium system because I like my sound and I imagine getting an aftermarket system would be quite difficult!

yeh aftermarket would be a nightmare to install and look properly... a TV tuner integrated into the LCD screen would have been ideal.. im sure someone may be able to modify it or do something to get it working as a TV.

I assume you mean the REX DVD package :unsure: It's $3165.00 RRP and you can't have the sunroof with it for obvious reasons. It also mounts mid roof so the front passanger and Driver cannot see it. There a few technical problems you'd have to overcome if you wanted to use the Audio display. I dont know the resolution on the Premium colour LCD but suspect the aspect ratio would be all wrong for full screen use. Also, the resolution may not be high enough to display the video with any decent quality.

What about a slide/flip out screen that went in under the Stereo in place of the tissue holder/smokers pack?? Then you could use the AUX input to link straight into the stereo.

I got the Premium, primarily because its required for the DVD Satellite Navigation system, but also because of the in-dash 6-CD stacker.

Can anyone confirm that the Premium ships with 11 active speakers (10 in the car + Sub on parcel tray)?
