I would be going back to Ford :spoton:

1. Get paperwork for repairs carried out for future reference in case damage has occured to your engine

2. Since they caused the oil leak and organised your tow they should be paying for the repairs to your bumper bar as well

Dont forget they dont give you nothing for free and im sure you had to pay them for the car before you picked it up so they should pay for damaging it

FOMOCO will not wear the cost of the bumper. The towie should. They paid him to tow your car. Not F*ck your bumper. If he did his job properly it wouldn't have happened, therefor he is liable...

Yes, but that is like saying that if a mechanic in the MOFO svc dept fcuks your car, he is personally liable. MOFO employed him, he is acting as their agent, ultimately MOFO is responsible. I would argue the same with the towie. There is no argument that he is responsible however, you have a contract with MOFO to get your car home (part of the deal of buying the car), how they do it is their business but if it is damaged, they are still responsible. I would take that approach as it is probably easier to get reparation out of MOFO than the towie that keeps his wallet in the cab of his towtruck, right next to his handgun.

I am not suggesting that all tow truck operators are thugs, it is just a bad industry that is out of control.
