good work TRY29T.. if you are running edit or whatever, reload the tune or disconnect the battery to reset the computer. my car ran like a dog on the first drive, then I re-loaded the edit tune and it went good.

now with the generic 10psi capa tune it steps the ass out in 2nd gear until I back off with a loud screeeech of the tyres.. lol.

what was the main hiccups u ran into with the install?? I wasnt happy about how much I had to grind away.. the PWR cooler needed much less griding from "saleen"'s pics he posted up ages ago.

I didnt really cut much out

The time was in drilling of the 4 holes, Making sure it was level, with a level.LOL

Mine isnt drop yet, How does it go over hump and driveways

Hate to see when shes on the ground. The IC might cop a Hidein

The IC sits right at the splash tray. Close call I reckon on Driveways

Im waiting on an exhuast to come in than another Dyno Run + Edit The Flasher.

Hopefully 300rwkW's here we come

I fitted the ASE cooler yesterday, and apart from a bit of cutting of the collision bar at the front, it went in reasonably easy, took me 4 hours from start to finish.

For those of you complaining of the need to cut the bar, you should look at the thickness of the ASE cooler, which is significantly greater than the original unit, so not only is it bigger in total X/Y dimensions, it is also much thicker, and thus the need to cut a bit out of the bar.

Trough Lolly, I'm suprise that you had to disconnect the battery and reset the computer. I recently fitted a ase ic on sunday with 2 people about 3 hours work. Didn't need to grid much out of the front reo. I had no probs with running like a dog after the new ic was fit. I will post some pic later as the car has gone in for new dump pipe and cat will be fitting 3.5 inch pump and 3/4inch waste gate pipe and a 3.5 cat with y connection for standard sytem.

then goes in for a tune next week. Next area of development is modifying the standard plenum with custom fabrication work will keep you all posted. Should be very interesting.

Will need to modify the ic tank on the right side and bend back to wards the right instead of the left.

So far the ase ic seem good will see the difference after the tune. Will post new results next week.

cheers

George
