hey hey ... stooge hunting season :msm:

Hey, do you mind. Remember the forum rules.......................NO FUN!

Yeah, reminds me of a movie I watched the other night........'Rollerball' with James Caan, the last game was so much more interesting when they threw the rule book away.. :msm:

Oh, and yeah, Murphy should be banned from procreating, can't have him infecting the gene pool. :msm:

I am a kiwi - so have a bit of a backing of Greg Murphy, yet I would have rather seen the Fords win.

Seeing the footage - I would say it was Greg Murphys fault - but not an intentional looking thing at all - just a racing incident with everyone driving hard, and getting a bit tired, maybe making a bad judgement - it is obviously not the spot to try an pass there.

I reckon it was just an unfortunate incident that buggered up a few peoples chances of a good finish. None of them would have past the Winning Expensive Daewoo anyway.

Except Ambrose ,that's why he was taking out,he was driving like he was on fire he had the only chance and they took him out of the game .Alot of people are calling it the bathurst 1000 I recond Ford should`nt bother turning up next year in protest. What a disgraceful race.As I said earlier Skaife didn`t really do anything wrong and deserved his win ,richards performed extremely well I would have preferred he won.Unfortunately the betta car was performing well up until th end but looked like the last few laps it lost a cyl;inder or something as the other 2 left it for dead, maybe it had the recurring handbrake issue that the BA`s have.

As a devoted Ford owner and supporter, I'm completely gutted.

I still cannot believe how many ways Ford teams can find to piss it all against the wall and continually fail at this event.

Lowndes and Ambrose clearly had 2 of the quickest cars there.  Lowndes did'nt need to go out as hard as he did and make an error by clipping the wall, he clearly had the pace to stay in front and in control of the race.  What a wasted opportunity.  AGAIN

Then Ambrose, Luff and Ingall clearly deciding they were above the rules.  These decisions clearly cost them the race win, what with drive through penalties and then having to stop to put the bloody thing on  :msm: If they had done the right thing he may well have been in the race lead not back amongst the pack.

Ross and Jimmy Stone should impose their own penalties on these clowns as well.  Not only did they throw away a very likely win, it has also hurt the championship position.

And then there is the damage to that beautiful Pirtek Falcon.  To think that is the same car they built almost 3 years ago and won 2 championships with and very rarely had a dent put in it.  To see it looking like that  Well!!!! :msm:  :spit:  :msm:

And I won't even get started on that Fu*kn clown Murphy

NO MORE EXCUSES FORD!!!

you clearly have the quicker cars it's time for results before the window of opportunity pass you and your supportes by.

end of rant

I'm off to cry in my stubby again and say "If only".

macka

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Macka is spot on....instead of "The Great Race", they should rename this this to "The Great Debacle"!!

What an absolute sham...Only God knows what Lowndes was thinking when he was going like an absolute mad man at the start of a 161 lap race...esp. when he was clearly approx. 2 seconds faster than the next quickest man - who was in a Ford as well BTW!! Ambrose had already backed off to conserve his car...which is what Lowndesy should have done..they were under no immediate threat from anyone.

Next the balaklava issue...well that was an absolute disgrace.....I have no doubt that Luff had one on. During the coverage whilst Luff was driving, Channel 10 had in car footage that would have helped prove whether he did on not....why didn't they re-play it to the viewing public to let us decide? I have little doubt that the footage may have shown that the officials were wrong...hence it wasn't shown again. God forbid that AVESCO got it wrong!!! If anyone taped it..please let us know what you see.

Also, in terms of Ambrose and Ingall...why the hell didn't the officials pull them up on Saturday for the balaklava's...during practice and qualifying...they are an absolute joke that mob! To wait and apply 2 stop-go penalties during the actual race is absolute disgrace. At the most it should have been a tribunal issue to be sorted out after the race with fines or reprimands. I have seen nothing this year that would suggest that AVESCO and Channel 10 are not pro Holden....period. This type of BS just reinforces everything we suspect.

The whole balaclava issue should have been dealt with via fines after the race so that all offenders would be pulled up in it and not effect the race result as its clearly not a performance advantage issue.

I think the race officals should be Crucified for making a joke of the whole finish.

P.S. Anybody interested in membership to "Murphy is a Tosser" Supporters club??

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

I agree 100% due to the gentleman's agreement that ALL drivers made about the balaclava's a fine if that after the race should have been more than enough

As for fcukn murphy he needs a good old flogging the dirty little crub :msm: I had to put up with a -5 deg wind chill factor all night and day just so that little c#nt can punt Ambrose with the win and championship there for the taking

:msm:

Time to get on his website and go Hunting

One membership please :spit:

If he learns to put his make up BEFORE the race not during these things wouldnt happen :msm:

AnYwAy ...

Im thinking now what JoeG said ... has anyone the time and tape to go to when Luff was driving and confirm this cause, all gloves are off if he was wearing one ... :msm:

I do admit the look on his face back in the pits when it was announced was one of absolute shock ... he looked like someone had just said a UFO had just landed on track ... absolute bewilderment

not the look of someone who knew he had done it.... :msm:

Yep! Count me in 'MURPHY IS A TOSSER!' club! :msm: WIT! that he is. What ever happened to the friggin 'B' pillar rule!

I mean Ambrose clearly had the run out of the last corner as *beep* boy's right foot got a little excited and he got too much wheel spin and at the point of impact Ambrose was nearly completely clear of the twats car I mean how much more does he need to be in front! :msm: Maybe everyone should have goten out of Muffy's way so he could take Expensive Daewoo and himself for a threepeet like all the commentators wanted!

As for the balaclarva thing, well if there was an agreement there should have been no infringment. I bet there were others not wearing them too! And if not they were probably tipped off they were going to be checking these things and SBR was left out of the loop!

My rant!

Mick
