Bit of a bitch to change as well, but not hard, just fidly.I think the the Protectors looks sh*thouse, so I got some thick clear 3M sheets of tape. They are about 2 - 3mm thick, and all you do is stick them on the outside of the foglight. From a distance you can't even see it, and I've never had a foglight crack since. The front of my car is sandblasted from all the rocks trucks throw up at me too. When ever I find my camera (it's in a box somewhere) I'll take some pics.Edit:Here is a pic of the front of my car, you can't see the tape around the foggies can ya? Can you also get 3M sheets that protect against UV? Where would one get this stuff (never bothered to look)?

I drive on a freeway each day with coal trucks. They are always are loosing some of there load and hitting my car. Since I got the protecters on I had to replace them twice as well. But at least they are chearper.

A wise investment at an Autobarn outlet for about $30.00. It has saved me many times from replacing my foggies.
