Ah, cr@p, noticed yesterday that there's a dirty big crack in my driver's side fog light - this is an all too common problem, right? My question is, can I just replace the glass or do I have to replace the whole unit? Anyone have any idea of cost? Might have to invest in some light protectors after this. :tease:

had the same thing happen to me on the trip back from the vic big weekend. I cant really complain as I missed the roadkill by 2 seconds that claimed the front bumper on buf-phoons f6.

As its my 1st, I too would like to know what you can do with a fog light that's cracked.

The wifes Mazda 323 broke the same light. Tt the time was told by the dealer that I would need to buy a pair as they don't come seperately and they are a different shape for either side. Unlike the XRs.. It turns out some Mazdas you have to buy both. Mine cost $137 for the single.

Sorry to hijack the thread but, can anyone tell me honestly that the fog lights illumination can be seen by the driver. I live in an area where we get regular foggy nights and days and the fog light do nothing they seem to point down too low. On the other hand the wifes Mazda gives a great low light to the side and the front.

Have done in two passenger side fog lights, $120.00 fitted just for the fog light. Put on protectors for the head lights and fog lights for $148.00.Plus $48.00 for Ford to fit.

mine got cracked on the way home from picking up the car  Are the fog light protectors just like clear headlight style ones, I have never seen them. Are there any STI type covers available for T's aftermarket?

Dazza.
