Unfortunately I was unable to make it but Rob sent me this photo of himself on the night... :nono:

To post up pics of your husband and claim it's me makes you a very sad man. So, now you are SLOW, WRONG and SAD. Just race me and get it out of your system.

My car is faster than Cro's and his is faster than yours....so not realy much point in humiliating you further is there?

Depends how scared you are.

Bring on the Black Spur!! Now that will test some of these so called pro's, hey CRO!!!

Yeah Black Spur is tops Marcus but to short... Its not up in the highlands but you cant go past the Great Ocean Road :nono:

Rob...

Great Ocean Road = Tops. I love it.

Tourists = Sucks

Rob... Hang on, if we went down there, that would make us tourists, wouldn't it, lol.

Change 'tourists' to caravans and Falchoon.

Caravans and Volvo drivers are one thing Rob... but its when you put them two together its a recipe for disaster :nono:

What is the Victorian equivilent of Jindabyne? Mt. Hotham for example.  Next year it would be good to stay on the other side of the boarder, and maybe us New South Welshman could have a taste of the Great Alpine Way. Just a thought. Lets face it, next year is gunna be even bigger.

Rob

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Hotham is definitely the go - Bright is a good place to stay, however the interesting driving is mostly south from there (about 200kms of shear bliss some tighter some more open (road that is!!!)) :nono::nono: so it would make for a VERY long drive for New South Welshman/woman to get back.

Unless everyone met on Friday, cruised on Saturday, and went home on Sunday... :nono:

Drive is IMHO better between Bright and Bruthen (through Hotham, Dinner Plains and Omeo) than the Great Ocean Road and somewhat closer to NSW...

The spur is also fun, but unfortunately short - you can incorporate it in a loop that would be about 600 - 700kms long with the Alpine way with some other good driving coming through Mansfield from Bright... long way but...

All good :nono:

Ben ...off alcohol until Christmas
