My place @ 6:45am for a 7:00am Departure and In front of Ford Broadmeadows @ 7:25am for a 7:30am departure. Have your cars full of fuel before you get to the meet points. I'd suggest bringing octane booster just incase. Probably stop for a top up of fuel and grab some food in Albury. This should put us in Jindabyne well before the Sydney girls.
