Only had my T for 3 weeks and first up a tank of 95 RON BP premium, on a trip to melbourne with 3 passangers got 620k's out of the tank with the DTE saying I had another 30 left. Second tank Shell 98 RON optimax on a trip again, only me in the car and driven easier coming out of towns etc than the first trip. Got 30k's less out of the Shell and no discernable difference in power. My view is that while T's are able to TOLLERATE 91 ron thay are tuned for 95 and that is the minium I would run.

what do u guys think about the optimax extreme? ive run 2 tanks through it and it makes quite a big difference but it leaves a very strong smell I think that is the ethanol. not sure if I wanna continue useing it so guys give us your opinions that would be greatle apprectiated.

on the 2nd tank was when I noticed the biggest difference but when I go for an drive on the highway for a couple of hours, when I stop it has a really strong gas sort of smell that is my only let down so far, besides that at the moment I think it is great.

Have been running the new United Plus98 (98 octane with 10% Ethanol) @ 2c per litre dearer than standard unleaded for the past 2-3 months now & I constantly get 20-30 km's extra out of a tank! Win, Win!! When I can't get this I run Caltex Vortex, only 6c per litre dearer than std. unleaded. Unable to detect any power gains with the Plus98 but I am led to believe if tuned with this fuel I should be able to achieve an increase in power.

BOOST98

Everynow and again

OPTIMAX100 with Octane Boost from NULON, reset battery by disconnecting and reconnecting....GAWWNNNN!!!!!!
