nang3 12" member Donating Members 2,107 Member For: 19y 4m 30d Location: Perth WA Posted 22/09/05 04:51 AM Author Share Posted 22/09/05 04:51 AM nang,where did you get your tint done, an what grade is it?have any trouble with the radio reception afterwards??heard something about metallic tints ruin the reception?!?cheers mate..sweet ridehey buddy, I got a mate that does tinting - he used to work for Tint A Car but now has his own business called Light To Dark ..He does all types, colours, thicknesses etc of tint - my 350Z before F6 had bank window tint on it that was hell thick and wicked..the tint on my typhoon is an 18 grade, so not as dark as limo tint but still nice and dark without being over the top..No prob with the radio reception but I dont think its a metallic tint.. I was going to go for the same mirror'd stuff but didnt look right against black.. would have been a cop magnet as well ..let me know if you want his number cause he does do a perfect job and has done my last 4 cars plus all my mates etc..cheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They are worth the extra cos they are the real thing........just too pricey for us XR6T owners so we have to build ours over time in the hunt for performance and looks!!!!
