Definatley dont want your sort of power Craig, just looking for something to get me around 240rwkw.

Dazza.

do you need to upgrade your injectors for 240 rwkw??

I would keep standard injectors for that power... spend your money on something else....

unless your really chasing more power then what you said??

Exactly. With the mods done already, adding edit will get you to 240 :msm:

I have a unichip and dont intend on getting edit, and the injectors will not supply anymore fuel safely than they already are, 200rwkw on FIST dyno is what they are capable of.

Get your piggy back, rip it out, and then do a burnout on it or drive over it with a dump truck.

Then go and get your car edited by someone else, and you'll have 250rwkw...

Get a decent exhaust, intake plenum and intercooler and your stock car will make 250 - 260 with ease.... Plus, it will have a much healthier bottom end with the additional mods...

I still think the 968's are the best option. The Eugene injectors are nearly the same and would be just as good. I personally aren't a big fan of drilled out injectors.

My 968 injectors are now at their limits. On the HPF inside dyno my car is now running 360rwkw's, this is with my rising rate feul regulator turned up. The car was running 385rwkw's on their other dyno and both these tunes have run 10.7. The tunes are completely different with the old 385 having slightly more topend whilst the new 360 has more down low.

Unless you're going to be running quicker than 10's the 968's will be fine.

as I found out on ms700's car on sunday the eugene ones are about 10% bigger and cheaper!!!!

And will chew up your fuel even more

I was told that it could be tuned to run same A/F ratios.

I got the 550cc injectors because they flow more with out more pressure.

I was also told that (and do say told cause I haven't had much to do with the car at all) that it wouldn't make much difference to fuel economy just splutter a bit on initial start up. it's just the injectors will only be running at 70%.

I didn't want to buy drilled out injectors as I'm not a fan of them either.

Also if the injectors have been proffesionally drilled, blue printed with in 2% of each other and flow tested with a garantee what is the problem?

Please give me advice cause I'm in the game with the T.

I had 250rwkw with Xede, fuel pump and standard injectors.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

It could very well be the fuel pump that is the reason I cant get any more power out of it, but I was gonna do both at the same time.

I had the std injectors drilled and have not had a problem. 1st tune was 368rwhp and it ran like a dream. Latest tune is 421rwhp and is smoother again.

Fuel injector type and size don't effect fuel economy. AF ratio's, rpm and rwhp do!
