LPG Injected gas system either dual fuel or straight gas. One problem it does still need to be developed and as said in a post a while ago this could be anywhere between 3 and 5 grand. so what we need is a little help, a group of people that maybe interested in helping this project get done so we can all run our babies a lot cheaper.I am willing to foot most of the bill, but we still need a little more. If you are interested PM me or post. If we can get a group together we can split the bill. The intended system will work on sedan or ute.Come on guys lets do this Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/20045-lpg-injected-gas/ Share on other sites

There is not interceptor, it uses the factory pc thinking its still running petrol so no piggybacks looms ect ect ect.last time I spoke to them they needed financiers to get it all happening. all the research had been done.im keen to convert to dedicated lpg, just gotta get the best system to last forever. minstral Member 115 Member For: 20y 11m Location: Melbourne Posted 14/09/05 10:58 AM Author Share Posted 14/09/05 10:58 AM Quote GTi StealthYes I have looked at this and several other versions and they do look promising BUT all have said they are at least 6 months to a year away for a working product for our cars. The system works the technology is there its just no one is applying it to our situation, So we have decided to speed up the pace, We just need a little help to kick start this. Once the custom parts have been made tested we can apply it to other peoples cars at a fraction of the cost. Liquiphase Pty Ltd (who I don't think operate any more), used to a have a full system available for the older 4.0lt Ford engine in the EF falcon, which had a custom dual fuel rail. The injectors were standard BOSCH except for a custom, machined slot to allow LPG into the side of the injector. A Gas tank was fitted in the boot with an internal fuel pump fitted as well as a gas regulator.I have a magazine at home with a full write up of the Liquiphase LPG system. It's definately the way to go. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/20045-lpg-injected-gas/#findComment-294334 Share on other sites
