muzzzza Member 103 Member For: 21y 10m 2d Location: Sydney South Posted 28/09/05 02:28 PM Author Share Posted 28/09/05 02:28 PM (edited) Hi Guys, Here is the latest...Off to the EPA this morning to get the car checked.Could have ranted & raved, but I kept it cool.Explained it was a stock system & showed him service report from my Ford dealer to say system was standard & in accordance with factory specs.The EPA guy after revving the car a couple of times, said "are yousure you haven't made any mods"The (first) test he did failed. I said what will I do now, suggested this is a far bigger issue than just my car. After this, he made a phone call, then spoke to someone else & consulted some book from the office.Looking a little puzzled, he did a second test & guess what, it passed, right on legal limit. Also while there he checked under the hood at BOV & airbox induction (both std on mine)Also in the sort time I was there, saw a WRX & Skyline both fail the test.
