Picked up the ute from Mario this afternoon, what a difference she drives like it did when I bought it but only with an extra 100 RWKW now. I can't beleave an O2 sensor could course so much grief for the last 6 months and Ford couldn't or wouldn't find such a simple problem. Now I can sleep at night.

Your probably best getting a genuine sensor from ford, alot of people have had trouble using other brands.

If its a BF or later you have 2 sensors too, one in the dump, one after the cat. If the car is tuned though, I believe the 2nd one would be turned off so you'd only require one.

Sensors are about $250 each and the front and rear are a different part number, although some aftermarket brands list them as being the same.

A guy on ebay claims to have genuine ones for about $50, but have heard of people having problems with these.

I plan on using NTK(NGK) sensors when I do mine, about $80 each online and they list 2 part numbers.

According to NTK the only difference between the 2 is the body of the sensor.

Factory sensors are made by Delphi as far as I know.
