Hi,

I am in the process of having the Hyperflow intercooler fitted (will be ready tomorrow - Thursday).

No cutting, grinding, welding etc. required.  I'm in Perth and I found the techs from Hyperflow (Sydney) to have been very helpful (even called to ensure that the kit arrived).

I also purchased the Stage II pipework (it's on the Hyperflow website).

The only issue was where to locate the auto-trans cooler as there is no longer enough space between the Hyperflow intercooler and the A/C condenser.  Got it sorted though...

The core is bar-n-plate and was a few $$$ more, however I didn't want the car cut-n-grinded etc.

I'll post pics tomorrow.

Regards,

Tom.

I like the look of the cooler and stage 2 pipe work, look forward to the pics and your comments after the install

not keen on where the throttle body is mounted, my choice would be the one from asc which is the one tuner is selling I have one but its modified and its consistant with power runs on the dyno

Hey there everybody. I'm a newbie to this forum and I'm researching this topic for my intercooler upgrade to my Mk1 turbo ute

I've been looking at the Hyperflow and the redcliffe dyno cooler. There only a small price difference but is there any difference between these 2 makes. Build quality? Anything? or very similar

cheers

The only thing I didnt like about the Hyperflow boss Stage 3 pipes was the way they moved the throttle body over and sat it right on top of the exhaust manifold? Surely this cant be good??

MRT just finished tuning my stage 3 setup - on roman autoteks hub dyno - 365rwkw and 2000 odd foot pounds of torque. :) My car is the one the HFT site. I was fortunate they used it for development of the kit.

Looking forward to racing in melbourne on sunday!
