Seems it must be sensing the lack of current that the LED lamp draw. Anyone know why the hell this would be the case?ThanksMatt Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/19571-cruise-control-lamp-sensing/ Share on other sites

Posted 21/08/05 07:21 PM Share Posted 21/08/05 07:21 PM This is the same as the au criuse control will not work if the stop tail bulbs do not draw enougth current like bulbs blown.Ian Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/19571-cruise-control-lamp-sensing/#findComment-285156 Share on other sites

Benny Member 1,869 Member For: 21y 8m 28d Gender: Male Location: Newcastle Posted 22/08/05 02:15 AM Share Posted 22/08/05 02:15 AM So your saying the cruise control wont set when you have your lights on?If the cruise control is set, then when you place your foot on the brake your setting is cancelled. Maybe it senses the current draw in the light circuit to know the brake has been applied.Just a quick guess.
