I'm having trouble viewing the link but considering the number of street driven VL's that can do 10's and 9's theres definitely plenty of competition for T owners. I'm sure read on fullboost there was 100 VL's that have done under 11 seconds at Calder. I"m sure the number would go up for 12 and 11 seconds as well. Regardless if they have more mods or bigger turbo and not as drivable they still have the performance to match the most modified T's.

Sorry, this is a lame thread.

The XR6T is lightyears ahead of the VL in every way. So what if some VLs have been hotted up to perform 10 second quarters. A quarter mile does not a car make.

Stock VL does a 15.5 quarter mile and hails from 1986. VLs are now old and sh1t except for the odd show n shine or dragstrip project.

*Yawn*

Well with that's true than my stock new awd terreiroy is than as qiuck if not qiucker than a stock turbo and I know that that is a load of crap because I own a turbo.

the territory can pull away from a vs ecotec v6 with plenty to spare so they have no idea what they are talking about.

About 6 years ago one of mates had a BT1 (ex cop) VL Turbo and only had a 3" mandrel exhaust fitted which measured 163kw (219hp) ATW and did 14.3@97mph at Heathcote, although his measured about 25hp more standard compared to other VL's on the same dyno.
