There a number of reputable tuners down there. Why not give Dynowog a call. We don't need another T at the wreckers. Where you running the edit when it happened? If you were please go back to the stock tune if it's raining. These cars can be dangerous if the road is slipperyMate, I took Brians ute for a spin a while back and while the car seemed to make good power it was full of flat spots and I generally did'nt like the way the car pulled. I'm not saying he's a bad tuner I just think that he needs to do more street tuning which is time consuming instead of WOT tuning on the dyno to fully understand what and how the car is behaving. I would have though re-gapping the plugs is the first thing that should be done, once you raise the boost pressure. If your not happy with it get a second OP.mackamacka Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/19262-surging-and-gaping-for-air/#findComment-280878 Share on other sites

Posted 10/08/05 12:22 AM Share Posted 10/08/05 12:22 AM Hi Dutchie,We had the edit on the same day from different tuners and I will tell you how my car runs 1. Power character up to 3000rpm about 25% greater than stock and very nice feeling.2. Above 3000 rpm it's outrageous and feels fantastic.(5 year old daughter says " do that tummy thing Dad") 3. No flat spots and minimal lag.4. Rob said that he was not a 100% happy with the 95ron tune and said don't use it until you have run a tank of 95 through it with stock tune loaded and it's in today for a tweak on that tune.I know that you are local to me (Langwarrin) we should catch up and have a chat , a coffee and I can take you for a spin.As Macka said " these cars can be Physco in the wet put in your stock or valet tune"RegardsSteve0419870103.
