I would assume that the water cooling the motor already effectively cools the oil anyway without an additional cooler? Would this way be more efficient?I guess Ford must have done a bit of research into it all. Maybe they use this method because of the lack of space for an air oil cooler up front. I guess anything helps.The water lines, cooler unit , adapter etc - are they all in worth less than $200 then? You dont happen to have any part numbers do you?
